Gorgeous - one of a kind coat rack with handy top shelf and curved side brackets. Hand crafted / carved of solid wood in 40s.
Original 5 wooden pegs - each rack has its own pegs shape. We added romantic, cute wooden floral applique on front side :) Lovely piece, recently wrapped in a layer of chalk paint in old white color, hand distressed and waxed. Basic color of wood nicely penetrates through distressed areas :)
There are no mounting hooks on back side so we would suggest - due to quite heavy weight + additional weight of hanging clothes, that you mount it directly on a wall (with screws through the wood).
