Order Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Carriers We ship via Pošta Slovenije, DPD, GLS, and DHL. The carrier is selected based on the type and size of the shipment.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and are displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
