Stunting finding, large wooden wall sculpture, hand carved in 40s of solid, uneven piece of solid wood, originally stained in oak color - incredible piece of folk art carving with raw edges.
Beautiful, deep and at the same time exact carvings, especially in details - superior craftsmanship!
Panel is featuring Saint Florian, Christian holy man and the patron, saint of chimney sweeps, soapmakers and firefighters. He is depicted with a bucket from which he pours water on the house.
The nail hole is carved on the back, and a newer metal hanger was installed on it by the previous owners.
Panel is cleaned as much as we could and is ready to enjoy as unique and one of a kind rustic wall decor.

Condition report: deep vintage condition with many traces of wear, such as deep cuts on back side, stains, scratches and a long crack which we will secure!
