Timeless vintage Italian espresso coffee makers / moka stove pots, wrapped recently in a layer of white chalk paint, hand distressed and decorated with cute motives. The moka pot, also known as a macchinetta is a stove-top coffee maker that produces coffee by passing boiling water pressurized by steam through ground coffee.
It was patented for the first time in Italy by the inventor Luigi De Ponti for Alfonso Bialetti in 1933.
Vintage condition with many charming signs of wear. There are naturally also distressed areas, discoloration, scratches, stains, somewhere slightly burnt. Some limescale residue. Although they can still actually be used for making coffee, we don't recommend it because of the paint application. Each of those old beauties would be perfect display case in your farmhouse kitchen, restaurant or coffee shop :)
