Available on LEFT window frame on 1st picture. Hand crafted in period 1900-20s.
Old window in its original state - naturally distressed, cracked original paint, worm traces, wood missing bytes, some wooden dust appear here and there, splits, cracks and great timeworn patina.
Differently naturally distressed and with beautiful metal rusty corners.
We removed all remaining of glass. Windows are not completely sturdy / rigid, but more loose, which certainly does not prevent their decorative use.
There are crosses, made of lead alloy that once held the glass. Today this alloy is very soft, like plasticine and does not provide any support, it only provides a decorative effect and can be easily removed, just with light pressure.
Thoroughly cleaned, with thin layer of lacquer (for safe use) and ready to enjoy as one of a kind farmhouse wall display case, pictures / mirrors frame.
Listing is for 1 window frame only. Total max depth of windows is 1.4" (3.5 cm).
