Just awesome deep vintage condition with tons of marks of wear. We can find tarnished and rusty spots or areas, scratches, the surface might not be completely smooth, twisted forks prongs and stunting timeworn patina, which is why we did not choose to polish those pieces.
Extremely ornate handles on both sides with motives of floral scrolls and other baroque style design. According to our experience, knowledge and makers mark, the flatware is from the beginning of the 20th century (around 1900s.) Once upon high quality flatware, made in beautiful design and color.
Knives blades are marked Inox. All flatware handles are marked ARG 800 and have very small maker's mark in the form of interlocked rings + embossed inscription E&Cie (Escroignard & Cie), already very distressed.
